Our firm helps both employers and employees at the different stages of the lifetime of the contract of employment, i.e. its formation, performance and severance. We also intervene after the end of the employment relationship, in the event of the non-observance of the obligations of the contract by the employee (unfair competition, dismissal, breach of a non-competition or confidentiality clause, non-observance of an intellectual property transfer clause, etc).
We advise employers so that their activity complies with employment regulations. We also help them during social inspections, and if need we defend them in the criminal courts.
We help our clients in the event of collective redundancies and company closures, in all phases of these delicate procedures.
Our firm intervenes with regard to advice, finding amicable solutions (in particular through mediation) and in case of litigation.
